Does Eiffel Boudoir have a showroom or physical store?
We are an online store only, with no physical showroom. However, you can shop comfortably from anywhere, and our team is always available for assistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping to GCC countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over:-
- 25 KD(Kuwait)
- 30 KD(International)
How long does delivery take?
- Kuwait: 1-2 business days.
- GCC Countries: 3-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective due to hygiene standards, or within one day of delivery if in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
